My Name is Steven Carle. I'm M.Sc. (LUP) and specialise in Atlantic trout (Salmo trutta). Therefore, I can say with absolute certainty that this is not an Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar), but a sea trout (Salmo trutta trutta). #3606
