The locality refers to "Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia" which is not in PH/ Philippines.

Thank you for your feedback. I think this is a misunderstanding, but feel free to correct me.

According to the data it is collected in Philippines but currently is stored is in the Rutgers University Herbarium in New Brunswick, USA

I do not see anything in the data stat states that "Academy of Natural Sciences" is located in the Philippines

I assessed the herbarium sheet itself and it has several important data that are missing. Namely, the specific locality where it was collected, the collector, and the collection number. Nowhere in the voucher specimen can imply that it was collected from the Philippines, hence, it must not be assumed that it was collected in the said country. Also, Anemia phyllitidis is a neotropical species.
