The LIPI(now BRIN) dataset has its source disconnected: http://ipt.biologi.lipi.go.id/resource?r=hb-rcb. An email sent to facilitate the investigation of this issue.

The KR one: It seems they published the dataset twice on the same day on KBIF IPT: https://kbif.naris.go.kr/ipt/resource?r=korea_national_arboretum_plant_specimendirectory An email sent to KBIF to ask for the issue checking.

Cannot make a contact with anyone related to the dataset or KBIF IPT admin... some of the emails are invalid

Thanks @ManonGros for providing me the contact of KBIF IPT manager!

They said the data has been replaced by the following address issued by the Korea National Arboratum (Korea Forest Service) organization: https://www.gbif.org/dataset/961a5ce1-f843-4e75-86a6-51aa959fc12c

so they deleted the Plant (KNAM_PL) dataset
