Is it broken or do you not know how to do it? I ask not to be annoying, but because it isn't obvious from the description. Personally I wouldn't know how to add an ics calendar to outlook on the Mac or Windows. Seems it isn't possible on a mac in outlook according to outlook QA groups.

On Mac there do seem to be an error when opening in the Calendar app (not Outlook)

then a warning that it isn't secure

and finally a failure

It works perfectly in outlook on the web. I just paste the link when asked to import a calendar. So in my case it is just the mac outlook that doesn't support this feature

Have you tried this for example @akristensen https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/Article/103823

How do I add a calendar feed to Outlook? After a calendar feed had been copied out of the Calendar, it will need to be read by an external program such as Outlook. Answer: In Outlook, select Calendar Click Open Calendar Select From Internet... Paste in the webcal link in the address field Click OK You can click the Advanced tab to edit options such as Folder Name and Description Click Yes to add the Calendar

the issue is, I already have the events calendar in my outlook, and when I tried to guide a colleague on her laptop it failed with an error I can't repeat on my side. So I can't test on my side how it works or doesn't.
