API key for dataset access

I am trying to input data into qgis and found a way using my mac terminal and python but need a key to gain access. I just need to know what I can do or where to find it.

I contacted the user by email to ask which "key" they are referring to. We had a similar type of question in the past where people asked us about parameters that didn't exist in our API. It turned out that those came from codes generated by chatGPT. I wonder if this is the case here.
