Change some URLs of the GBIF France IPTs #5397

Hello,

I just noticed that on the following page: https://www.gbif.org/data-hosting-centres#_france, which lists the IPTs hosted by France, some URLs are incorrect or missing :

GBIF Benin IPT should redirect to this URL : https://ipt.gbifbenin.org/
INPN IPT should now redirect to the following IPT : https://apt-inpn.gbif.fr/
Burundi IPT to be added : https://ipt-burundi.gbif.fr/

If you could make the changes when you have time. Thanks in advance and have a good day.
