Dataset count button missing in the publisher page #5435

Hello,

On this specific case the count of the dataset is missed in the publisher page https://www.gbif.org/publisher/fe6919e5-568a-4d3b-836a-6b5086b96856. I can go directly to the occurrence count and from there to the dataset https://www.gbif.org/dataset/ddd96ed8-b964-4052-b093-3512a0d134b5, but this is not the ideal path.

Th dataset count button must be showed in the publisher page despite is just one dataset publish till now, as in this case https://www.gbif.org/publisher/475c14e8-f68f-4ae4-99c4-fb914838b2d6

I couldn' find other example where the dataset button is missed, so I imagine it is just an unusual case.

https://api.gbif.org/v1/dataset/search?limit=0&publishing_org=fe6919e5-568a-4d3b-836a-6b5086b96856 says there are zero publishers - so a stale API response. But it shouldn't be an issue here 4 days later. But it still is.

Side note: gbif-web repo is not related to gbif.org (yet) but to hosted portals. I'm moving this to portal feedback.
