Missing endpoint on dataset - orphan without a country

I'm thinking that this dataset from the University of Trieste isn't part of @kbraak 's watchdog project because there is no national node, but it looks like the endpoint is missing.

Thought to ask now, ahead of a Lifewatch-hosted meeting I'm attending in Italy in late November.

It falls under the Participant Node Managers Committee orphan datasets:

Nobody in the committee has volunteered yet to follow up on their list of orphans.

In June 2017, there were 67 datasets coming from 8 installations. In September 2017, that number went up to 69 datasets from 9 installations. This indicates this is a growing source of orphans.

I will write to the publisher. The dataset also appears to use all capital letters, which cause all of the records to not match to the backbone...
