coordinates don't match geographic descripton

I wrote an email to Gustav Paulay. Copying here for posterity.

Hi Gustav,

I'm the GBIF-US and OBIS-USA node manager. I received the feedback below from OBIS about an occurrence in your Invertebrate Zoology Collection. Essentially, the geographic description is of BC, Canada but the coordinates are in Nunavut, up in the arctic.

I looked into it and didn't see an obvious error, like a flipped longitude. Could you please look into it when you have a moment?

Provider let me know they fixed it. Let's keep this open until it looks correct in GBIF and OBIS.
