Should be an obvious way to navigate from GBIF.org to see feedback issues

When I use this form to add an issue, I am offered a link to the portal-feedback issues on Github - and there is an inconspicuous link at the foot of this form.

However, there is no obvious way to find find the overall list of feedback issues later (from the GBIF.org menu structures).

In addition, on Github, the portal-feedback project is buried on the third page and hard to find unless you know its name.

I have "pinned" the portal feedback repository (replacing maps) so it shows up on https://github.com/gbif/.

Thanks @MattBlissett . That leaves another issue if I read you right, Donald—a link to the GitHub issues from GBIF.org. You're suggesting that as a standard part of the navigation somewhere, correct?

Need to have a think on that...not sure where users looking for those would expect to find them (utility or footer navigation?).

I don't care - maybe having "Feedback" return a useful page when searching in the main search box? And/or providing the relevant link in one of the FAQ items.

I don't have the option of adding a keyword for this item to highlight in search, unfortunately...

Could we add a question mark to the speech bubble? Or am I just being ridiculous now?
