generate predicate.json from UI filter selction #1309

It would be nice to have predicate.json (https://www.gbif.org/developer/occurrence#predicates) automatically generated based on the filter I select in the UI at https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/download

I like the idea. Currently you would have to trigger the download and then look at the API query (possible cancel the actual download).
