Pangaea citation requirements

Issues (communicated by email forward, 19.3.18) :

• auto-generated citations of GBIF do not follow the custom citation text that PANGAEA delivers; GBIF enforces its own citation style [which is based on DataCite recommendations and composed of the metadata elements available through the registered access point and its metadata (ed.note)]
• aggregators: in metadata that are indexed by EUDAT through GBIF.org, PANGAEA dataset citation is incomplete, e.g. authorship information is missing; the PANGAEA origin is lost and can only be reconstructed because the DOI is communicated.

Do EUDAT use the OAI-PMH endpoint to our registry? That could be why they don't have much data
