Add Material entity type #108

@gbif/dataproducts, @laurarussell, I've updated our dataset type definitions as the existing ones didn't really define the words "occurrence", "checklist", "sampling event" or "metadata", they just repeated the term. What do you think?

(That said, I'm not sure these definitions are shown anywhere except at http://rs.gbif.org/vocabulary/gbif/datasetType )

Given the urgency in testing IPT for SPNCH and @mike-podolskiy90 vacation I recommend merging this and we can refine it later if necessary.
