Humboldt Core - Final extension definition matching public review #119

The Humboldt Task Group has finalized all term definitions for public review and this pull request contains the Extension schema definition matching the finalized terms. Please add to the sandbox in case anyone would like to test mapping data to the extension during the public review period.

@tucotuco - I know you have a lot on.

If it helps @MattBlissett or I can change the rowType to Eco and add the boolean vocabulary to those terms that call for it. We just need to know that is the correct fix to apply

I appreciate that offer, but I need the code that generates the schema to do it correctly as well. No better opportunity than now to get that part correct as well. I'll do that ASAP and resubmit. Thanks!
