Copied table schemas from master branch. Updated organism table schem… #125

I do not have commit permission to master, so made these updates in my original branch.

@tucotuco I hurried a little. There is a problem - there are two scientificName in the file. We need to fix that

Yes, I hurried too. If the second "scientificName" entry is replaced with "kingdom", it should be fine. Sorry about that.
