This PR will make the MIxS terms use identifiers in the format https://w3id.org/mixs/0000008 instead of https://w3id.org/gensc/terms/MIXS:0000008.
It also adds three new terms, based on the MIxS 6.2 release:
MIXS:0001321 neg_cont_type
MIXS:0001322 pos_cont_type
MIXS:0001320 samp_taxon_id (NCBI taxon id of the sample)
