DOUBTFUL missing from taxonomic_status #26

I noticed the term DOUBTFUL used throughout GBIF is missing from http://rs.gbif.org/vocabulary/gbif/taxonomic_status.xml

@mdoering, is there any reason not to add DOUBTFUL?
