#49 New chronometric age version, ready for TDWG ratification process #50

Moves the extension to production on request by @tucotuco

He will then remap existing datasets, and publish them in GBIF to the latest version. Those datasets will be used as demonstrations of the proposed chronometics age vocabulary in a request for ratification from TDWG. The ratification process is for the vocabulary, and the DwC-A extension is one implementation using the vocabulary.
