Deprecate term additionalName, adjust definitions #55

Thanks @dshorthouse From memory, I think the IPT will overwrite files from the sandbox without having to rename the file. If not, you can remove it from your file system, do a fresh install, or we put up a new file with today's date (bit busy to check right now)
