Add 1.2 version of GBIF EML profile. #95

dev is updated, this should add a new 1.1.1 folder at https://rs.gbif.org/schema/eml-gbif-profile/

I am uncertain about the version 1.1.1 - does a change in cardinality maybe warrant a minor version increase instead of a patch? I would think a patch increase does only change documentation, typos etc. I would prefer 1.2 instead of 1.1.1

I am not too familiar with git submodules, but this all looks good to me to be deployed

I agree 1.2 is a better target than 1.1

I changed it to version 1.2
