Add Camtrap DP 0.6 (and rename 0.1 to 0.1.7) #98

Fix #97

  1. Add the table schemas of Camtrap DP 0.6
  2. Rename (non-existent) version 0.1 to 0.1.7 + correct one file that was out of sync with 0.1.7
  3. Document procedure

@timrobertson100 if you want, I can revert the change of renaming the directory 0.1.7 to 0.1. I just thought it useful to refer to the actual release.
