Setup replacement for HUE #30

We need a accessible UI for data product team to have access too. A suggested solution could be Superset or a never version of HUE.

[x] Create chart in Stackable repo
[x] Service for access it
[ ] DNS resolution
[x] Create release entry in helmfile repo

The basic chart has been created. Currently it doesn't looks like we can't incorporate configurations for setting up the database connections within the charts itself so it is done by hand.
