Two views for at least the Registry API: typical read-only use, and full read-write + advanced use

There is a lot of the Registry API that is only of interest to publishers, or people making significant integrations with GBIF's systems (user accounts, DOIs, crawling status etc).

A simple view showing only tagged methods not requiring authentication would be useful.
