move IPT documentation to the new site in a focused version, limited to content that is relevant to the tool as such
retire old versions and translations
check that existing translations are up-to-date, and can be migrated alongside
separate the non-IPT-specific parts, and revise / store separately, reference: Darwin Core Archive how-to guide, Best Practice guides, How to Publish guide (checking tbd)
