Clarify inclusion of Schema Repository contents #34

The Schema Repository version at https://rs.gbif.org/ seems to fit the description of technical documentation. Should it be migrated, and does the content require review/pruning?

It's a good point, but these are very special webpages — they are XML schemas used by the IPT (try View → Source) but they have a human-readable style applied. They're also the original 'source of truth' for some parts of our systems, so I have even used these XML files to automatically build the tables on https://tech-docs.gbif-uat.org/en/data-use/download-formats.

About a year ago we did remove the duplicate set of human-only pages which used to be on http://tools.gbif.org/

We can't remove the rs.gbif.org pages, or even move them around, as the IPT (including old versions still in use) depends upon them. However, we could add links to other documentation.
