define and keep track of the dividing line between authored content at gbif.org, data-blog, articles, commissioned guides, training materials, tutorials and "technical documentation"
be clear on the target audience: anybody needing access to the more technical details concerning data publication and use

related discussion: For less polished tutorials and step-by-step guidelines that we would like to become externally available, keep using the data-blog. For materials intended to be a reference guide, add content to the technical documentation. (GBIFS session 2/8/23, MG/JW/LAR/TH)
