New section: infrastructure and ops

A useful internal section would be on infrastructure covering e.g.:

• a summary of the deployment (what runs where)
• messaging system for an overview of workflow routing
• short guides for common tasks (e.g. how to configure and deploy a new pipelines release, noting what to stop etc)
