Remove header menu from home page #62

Home page, menu in the green header bar: remove https://tech-docs.gbif-uat.org/en/

@MattBlissett: we had removed this, and it reappeared - I must be missing something, but don't know what. Can you help?

This needed a change to the theme, so I don't know how you would have done it before — except by removing the menu from all pages.
