Section entry image for API: resize #64

The size of the image at the top of https://tech-docs.gbif-uat.org/en/openapi/ should have the same size as those on the other section entry pages (see e.g. https://tech-docs.gbif-uat.org/en/data-use/ for comparison). image::open-api.png[align=center,width=320,height=180] seems to be set, but is not active - how to fix?

Problem with the deployment script (the whole page wasn't being updated). Fixed.
