Data use section start page: remove Page content menu on the right #65

On the entry page of the data use section, the page contents duplicate the menu on the left. Remove the entire "Page contents" menu.

@MattBlissett another issue I got stuck on trying to figure out - would be interested to learn if you had a hint. I would not consider it a blocking issue for the launch, but it will need fixing at some point
