OpenAPI: Limit size of example block #8

The default style for OpenAPI should limit the size of the example block to 300px: https://rapidocweb.com/api.html#layout (see --response-area-height).

However, this does not seem to be working.

Using redoc, which looks nicer anyway, avoids this issue.
