27 datasets on the GBIF France IPT just have the wrong endpoint URL registered with GBIF. This happens when the IPT URL changes, but the changes weren’t ever propagated to the GBIF Registry. For example, our Registry tries to index http://www.gbif.fr:8080/ipt/archive.do?r=brcforageturf (which no longer works), however, the correct endpoint URL is now http://ipt.gbif.fr/resource?r=brcforageturf
To fix this problem, GBIF France simply has to press the “update registration” button on the Edit GBIF Registration page (Administration -> GBIF Registration Options). More information about what this update does can be found in this section of the user manual: https://github.com/gbif/ipt/wiki/IPT2ManualNotes.wiki#edit-gbif-registration

That leaves 7 remaining orphaned datasets coming from 4 installations (1 x TAPIR, 1 x DiGIR, 1 x BioCASE, 1 x HTTP). These will need deeper investigation to determine if they are truly orphaned or not. Guidance on how to diagnose whether a dataset has been orphaned or not can be found here: https://github.com/kbraak/watchdog/wiki/OrphanedDatasets#ways-to-diagnose-if-a-dataset-has-been-orphaned-or-not
