1.19.4 not supported yet #16

Version

MC: 1.19.4 Quilt: 1.19.4/0.18.5

Expected behavior

Inventory opens as expected

Actual behavior

Game crashes as soon as any inventory is opened

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Install most recent version of quilt
  2. Install the most recent version of this mod on curse forge or modrinth.
  3. Go into any world
  4. Open the inventory
  5. Crash

I second this issue.

GBL, Dev, do you have plans to update it?

Or, if you don't would you be willing to have someone take the mod over?

according to the modrinth page:

I haven't played Minecraft since 1.16, but I kept my mods updated because people wanted them. Unfortunately, Minecraft changed a lot of internals with 1.19.4, and updating isn't just a matter of changing a few things, it'll also mean figuring out a lot about how it works now. I currently don't have the time and energy to do this, so there won't be a 1.19.4 update in the forseeable future. Sorry for that to everybody who uses my mods.

if I am not mistaken, the licence allows people to do their own modifications, and an update to 1.19.4 would be such. There's someone that has already done so for the Durability Viewer mod: https://github.com/gbl/DurabilityViewer/pull/85
