Remove one debug & added feature #1

Feature: If click to recipe with shift, you can trade all items from inventory or if trade not closing. (P.S. Sorry for bad explanation & english)

Hi DoctorFTB, while I like the idea of shift-clicking to trade as much as possible, I unfortunately won't be able to include it into the official version of my mod. The server I play on allows a certain set of mods, and in order to get my mod approved, I had to make sure you can't do more than one trade per click. So unfortunately, if I include shift-clicking, I won't be able to use my own mod on my favourite server anymore :(

Nonetheless, thanks for your contribution. Maybe I'll do a version some day that detects which server it's playing on, and disable shift just on my server or something. But right now, I'm afraid I have to reject it.
