Keep daily solar production history

Currently we store the following production information.

• The last value reported from the docker image
• The daily average components

But we do not store a more granular details.

Where storing all reported value would create of something 600-700 records a day to push the details to 1min having a 15min based average might be already sufficient.

This feature has not yet been implement however we might always re-import the data from the mystrom application archive.
