6 years ago Fixed... by reducing the time to keep logs to 4 days.
We've imported 393 subjects in 995 studies (with 12,289 series, 1.2 TB overall), all in a single occasion (took a few days). All went well, but the importlogs table became too big. Making a dump of the database produced a 33GB file...
