Fixes for #170, #181, #182 #183

Updating jqplot to 1.0.9 fixed the issues (no more errors on console); also replaced the max speed setting with a percent sign.

Not sure it will be approved. It asks for quite broad permissions, and Google might not like that.

Yeah, I noticed that...I'll try cutting down on permissions if I have time, but my guess is that it'll be difficult to retain all current features (Newznab detection) without them.

We'll see. If it goes through this time, I'll update the icons, at least ;-)
