ERROR | __main__:main:115 - The database directory was unsuccessfully checked. Please run install_databases.py. #318

Description

trying to install database. did install it. but when i run pharokka.py -i '/home/ryujin/Desktop/ForBRIG/Prophageregion.fna' -o '/home/ryujin/Desktop/pharokka' -f -t 20 it shows ERROR | main:main:115 - The database directory was unsuccessfully checked. Please run install_databases.py. i installed databases , even manually downloaded and specified the path.

pharokka.py -i '/home/ryujin/Desktop/ForBRIG/Prophageregion.fna' -o '/home/ryujin/Desktop/pharokka' -d '/home/ryujin/Desktop/Softwares/pharokka_v1.4.0_databases' -t 20

What I Did

downloaded pharokka 1.5.1 using mamba and biconda.
