This is another big TODO for the OS.
Because we are targeting 32 bit systems proior to 2006, we need to add support for AHCI and ACPI which are standards that came out prior to 2006.
AHCI is a standard for communication with SATA devices, offering advanced features like hot swapping and NCQ. Came out in 2004 by Intel
ACPI is an open standard for power management, auto-configuration, and status monitoring of hardware components. Came out in December 1996
