Remove Bootstrap, Migrate to MUI #61

This project uses a pile of dependencies.. including react-bootstrap.

I originally intended this project to use MUI not Bootstrap.

I should've mentioned this earlier.. but I guess that was missed in my specifications.

MUI is already installed.
