Prerequisites

[X] I have searched for existing issues that already report this problem, without success.

Current Behavior

Bootstrap CDN needs updated in this capabilities
CDN's come from two different sources. Use the same CDN source.
CDN for Bootstrap and jQuery is not loading due to MIME type blocking
PopperJS problem?
Make the theme switch the same as the one on index.html thus fixing the errant switch.

This page has no content, add containers and cards for

Services (card with a list of services)

Materials (bullet point lists are great in this panel)

Industries (bullet point lists and text, 300 characters max)

Equipment (a container or card with a carousel with 5-6 pic frames)

Expected Behavior

Updated CDN's that are from the same source.. not jsdlvr AND cloudflare.
Some content, even if it is working stubs that can be filled in // lorem ipsum
