I completed major changes to these files

[x] Adds Google Maps to footer for the rest of the pages
[x] Fix Address & Business hours in footer
[x] Adds CTA text to contact.html
[x] Adds text to about.html
[x] Added Employee Login button to Jumbotron/Hero
[x] Removed SPMS branding, text and logo
[x] Started on making content for capabilities.html
[x] Added the working Dark/Light mode toggle to the rest of the html files

More changes needed
