Site no longer responsive or scrolling #98

Current Behavior

For some reason, the site now no longer scrolls. :disappointed:

Also do not see the responsive hamburger in the navbar when the site view is changed in the brower

Expected Behavior

Working responsive view

Steps to Reproduce

Try it in Live Server extension or a preview extension in your editor / IDE.
