Add functions for masking saturated pixels that likely cause persistence in subsequent exposures

Add masking both internally to the exposure list used in grizli.aws.visit_processor.cutout_mosaic and also pushing pixel lists to the exposure_saturated database table at the end of the preprocessing script.
