CMM - Capital Master - Amount Required Broken #45

vlookup is giving back incorrect values on Capital Master after changes to Capital Backend for value and cost calculation. @wytsa if you can take a look and give input, maybe we hold off till we start the Capital Production Module since we will be pulling data from CMM.

the adjustments to the capital backend is what messed up the capital master working on readjusting the vlookups to be pointed at the correct columns

currently required info is fixed on capital master morphite/mercoxit information is not needed and still not functioning correctly these may be needed when jump freighters are added to the list

issue has been fixed untill JFs are to be implemented
