CMM - Jita sell price for cost evaluation & final production value #57

For a correct evalutaion of the final product could be very useful add:

a) a production cost based on jita sell price instead of mineral buyback

b) the sell price of Hita for the product (adding to the universal medium cost used)

Version 2.0 is using Universal Average. Changing to Jita is doable, however, we will be adding a selector in the configuration that allows the CEO to select either "Average, Sell or Buy" and "Universe, Jita, Dodixie, Ren, Amarr".
