List grid records looses formatting on print preview #650

smart-gwt 2.4 and 2.5
gwt  2.2.0 and 2.4
Firefox 3.6 or IE 8

This issues with print preview(see screenshot in step 3 of attached  
README-listgrid-printpreview-issue.doc.docx) seems to occur when the listgrid 
has above 200 rows in it and the user scrolls to the next page and does  a 
print preview. (note: it doesnt occur if the user doesnt scroll down).

Code(listgrid-printpreviewbug-test.zip) is attached to recreate the issue.

Please can you fix the same or let us know if you have a workaround

Please do not attach Word files, attach screenshots directly.

A minimal test case should be one .java file only, ready to be dropped into a 
standard SmartGWT project.  Do not attach full Maven or other projects as we 
want to avoid troubleshooting your project setup.
