Issue with displaying the picker date in dd-mon-yyyy format #668

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add any dateitem in a dynamic form.
2.Trying to set date display format as dd-mon-yyyy
3.No such types of format is available under the package 
com.smartgwt.client.types.DateDisplayFormat

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version:-Gwt-2.0.4.Operating System:Windows Xp

What browser(s) does this happen in?  Are there any browsers where the
issue does not occur?
