Draw offer in corr game doesn't work #1628

SteveatKurihara reportd on Discord: "My opponent and I kept sending draw offers but nothing happened. There was no "Do you accept a draw?" question or anything similar."

Works for me. Possible it was fixed already. If it happens again feel free to reopen.
