Feature: Could you add support for definitive edition #3

Hi, really a cool tool. Thanks for that. Anyway, is it possible to add support for the newly released definitive edition of AoE2? That would be great. I think there are only small changes in regards to the nations which where already in the hd-edition. Most importantly it would be cool to have the information of all the nations which are now available in the AoE2 DE.

I think that only @gbts should do is provide the way to update the info. @TobiWo can you provide the new info ?
